We, AxamIT Mobile Soluions (AMS), specialize in mobile and web application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

We are looking for HR Manager

Requirements:

—2+ years of previous experience in Human Resources within an IT company.

— Proven expertise in relationship management and successfully resolving complex employee relations issues.

— Highly developed listening and communication skills.

— Strong problem-solving abilities through analysis and facilitation.

— Ability to work at our office located in Minsk.

— Experience with organizing events.

— Proficiency in developing HR company Brand.

— Upper-Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

- Employee onboarding

- Adaptation of new employees in the company

- Regular 1-1 meetings with team members

- Conducting Career Day

- Conducting the offboarding process, exit interview.

- Organizing events: team building, corporate events, etc.

- Working with corporate merchandise and products.

- Congratulating employees on Birthdays, Anniversaries, other significant events. Ordering gifts.

- Preparing candidates/employees for interviews with customers.

- Calculating employee compensation

- Maintaining a friendly atmosphere in the office.
