We are looking for Support Engineer.
Working hours: start around 14:00 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (mandatory), plus one additional day of your choice. During the onboarding period (approximately 2 weeks), working hours will be Monday to Friday, starting around 10:00
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic Linux, Networking, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets, Dev Tools knowledge
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, Kubernetes or AWS is a plus
- Experience with monitoring services is a plus (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Sentry)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativeness, honesty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support during night hours, ensuring that gambling platform is working without problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to PHP, JavaScript, Kubernetes and AWS
- Escalate complex problems to technical specialists when necessary
- When support demand is low, you'll work on software development tasks
- Maintain a high level of service quality and reliability of the platform
- Offer ideas to improve existing processes or create new ones, both procedural and technological.
