Software engineer (Ruby)

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will become part of our engineering team and help with development these projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Investigation of the 3rd party APIs
2. Help to BA team with R&D and requirements gathering
3. Development new cross-system integrations
4. Unit, functional, and integration testing
5. Redesign, modernization, and optimization of old scripts according to logical input provided by the Team Leader
6. Collaboration with other specialists to design new or enhance existing business logic, including specifications verification and compliance with the current system.

Preferred Experience:

1. 3+ year experience in Ruby
2. RDBMS (MySQL is preferred)
3. Understanding of web-services principles: RESTful/RPC, rate-limiters, authorization
4. Experience with Git
5. Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills
6. Fluency in reading technical documentation in English (В2).
