Project 1. A technological platform designed to manage the company’s business operations. This is a cloud-first, multi-system solution with numerous integrations with third-party systems needed to collect and exchange data for checks and verifications. This is a greenfield development — we are designing and developing this platform from the ground up, using the existing systems the customer has in place as a source of knowledge about their business and domain specifics.

Project 2. Our client is a company that provides care, management, and support for industrial water systems. They have built several apps to advance their services. The apps help our client and their customers prolong the life of equipment, reduce health and safety risks, and minimize costs. Our client is the most successful company on the market for water treatment services.

What a Lead QA Engineer will do:

• Lead and mentor a QA team, setting goals aligned with QA strategies and organizational objectives.
• Plan and prioritize testing activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and test coverage.
• Identify and implement test automation opportunities.
• Define and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and continuous enhancements within the team.
• Develop and manage test plans, cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Establish and track quality metrics and performance indicators.

About you:

• Extensive experience in QA with a strong expertise in software testing methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills in managing QA teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Proficiency in C# or Java programming languages.
• Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of security testing practices and tools.
