GP Solutions is looking for a Delphi Developer.

Project:

A Scandinavian-based company that develops and maintains a comprehensive hotel management platform. Their system handles everything from bookings, check-in, POS (Point of Sale), and CRM to automated revenue management and guest services, including a built-in AI assistant.

Working language: English(speaking)/Russian.

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial experience with Delphi development.
Experience with multithreading and performance optimization.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) - ability to communicate in technical discussions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities would include:

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Delphi.
Refactor and improve performance of legacy code.
Integrate applications with external services and APIs.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with QA, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
Estimate tasks and participate in sprint planning.
