We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Frontend Developer (JS) to join the RichBrains team. This role involves working with existing projects, including a significant amount of legacy code and recurring task types. It will suit someone who is patient, attentive to details, and comfortable reading and working with other people’s code.

What we value most is a thoughtful approach to solving tasks, a willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset. We also appreciate curiosity toward modern technologies, including AI-based development tools.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to 2 web projects in the EdTech field;

• Implement frontend functionality using native JavaScript and React;

• Create and support interfaces using HTML and CSS;

• Work with Twig (PHP template engine) for frontend template rendering;

• Maintain and improve existing codebase (web apps);

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members;

• Reuse and adapt solutions for similar tasks;

• Estimate tasks and meet deadlines;

• Use AI tools to speed up daily development work and improve overall efficiency;
• Be open to hybrid work (at least twice a week to visit our office in Minsk).

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in frontend development;

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS;

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, including jQuery;

• Basic experience with React;

• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive web design;

• Comfortable working with legacy code and repetitive tasks;

• Intermediate English (ability to read and understand technical documentation);

• Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to follow consistent development patterns;

• Proactive attitude and interest in learning modern tools, frameworks, and technologies (including AI).

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

• Basic understanding of the full software development lifecycle;

• Experience using or interest in AI-based developer tools.
