Requirements:

• Over 1 year of experience in recruitment;
• Proficient in various recruiting tools and interviewing techniques;
• Collaborative experience with hiring managers as a business partner, including identifying issues in the hiring process, discussing them, and suggesting solutions;
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Results-oriented approach;
• Proficient in spoken English at an intermediate level or above.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting searches and recruiting candidates for our business partners across various markets;
• Analyzing requirements, creating candidate profiles, researching the labor market, and identifying suitable candidates;
• Organizing online meetings and interviews;
• Working with the internal CRM system;
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and your future team.

You will have the chance to enhance your recruitment skills and grow as an HR professional by participating in employee adaptation, development, training, and assessment.
