We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Your tasks:

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);

• Launch campaigns via LinkedIn and email;

• Search for and reach out to new leads through various channels;

• Perform initial response processing and primary qualification;

• Set up appointments with qualified leads;

• Use various online tools and databases to increase conversion rates;

• Nurture leads that do not yet have a defined need;

• Work with CRM software;

• Track and improve weekly and monthly KPIs.

Your experience:

• 1+ years of experience in lead generation or sales in the digital/tech sector;

• English proficiency at a B2 level;

• Experience with LinkedIn as a lead generation tool;

• General understanding of IT concepts;

• Strong self-organization, discipline, and result-oriented mindset;

• Positive attitude and a proactive approach;

• Desire to grow within the IT industry.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the outsource/outstaff IT services company;

• Knowledge of key programming languages, frameworks, and development processes.
