We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Team Lead to expand our professional team.

What you will do:

• Lead the BI team from a delivery standpoint, ensuring efficient and effective performance:

  • Manage sprints and fill them with relevant tasks

  • Handle requests from clients for functionality updates or new developments

  • Collaborate with the team to assess development costs, define functional dependencies, and plan team capacity

  • Break down large or multi-step tasks into smaller subtasks

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tasks

• Oversee and optimize the BI architecture to enhance its efficiency, focusing on:

  • Self-service approach with a scalable, flexible architecture that can be expanded with minimal BI team intervention

  • Cost-efficiency where the value of BI for clients exceeds the costs of maintenance

  • Partnership where architecture is friendly and adaptive to current and future client needs

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field

• 1+ years of experience in Business Intelligence

• 2+ years of experience in managing development processes or projects

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Experience in leading and mentoring BI teams, with efficient resource allocation

• At least an Intermediate level of English
