GP Solutions is looking for a Delphi Developer.

Project:

A Scandinavian-based company that develops and maintains a comprehensive hotel management platform. Their system handles everything from bookings, check-in, POS (Point of Sale), and CRM to automated revenue management and guest services, including a built-in AI assistant.

Working language: English(speaking)/Russian.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience with Delphi development.
  • Experience with multithreading and performance optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) - ability to communicate in technical discussions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Delphi.
  • Refactor and improve performance of legacy code.
  • Integrate applications with external services and APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with QA, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Estimate tasks and participate in sprint planning.
