We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the mid-market segment by leveraging our suite of data migration and transformation solutions. You will work closely with pre-sales engineers and other internal teams to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the mid-market segment, preferably in the technology or data solutions sector.
- Experience selling complex solutions involving technical components is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Tailor approaches and solutions to meet the specific needs and challenges of mid-market clients.
-Solution Presentation: Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to craft and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Ispirer’s solutions. Address technical queries and articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
-Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective account management and post-sales support.
-Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to position Ispirer’s solutions effectively and adapt strategies as needed.
-Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast revenue using our CRM system.
-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for achieving sales goals.
