A person actively helping the company to grow its business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation using various media (LinkedIn, Events, etc.);
  • Drafting, polishing, and using pitches to promote our services and special offers;
  • Defining and executing an outreach strategy to maximize conversion;
  • Providing advice on corporate process and ways to improve it;
  • Working together with the team, sharing knowledge and learning from other members;
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
  • Conducting market researches;
  • Effectively engaging with the clients, identifying needs, and matching against company's capabilities;
  • Connecting the prospects with the sales/technical team and overseeing the transition process;
  • Maintaining information on hot prospects in CRM prior to handover to the sales team;
  • Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results;
  • Enjoying time spent with colleagues ;)


Requirements:

  • 1+ years with a record of successful engagements;
  • Understanding of IT in general and outsourcing business in particular;
  • Education: BS or MS in business, marketing or related field.

Language skills: English - Professional working/full professional proficiency.
