HumanLab is looking for a talented Head of Sales for an Estonian marketing agency specializing in promoting crypto projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the sales department, focusing on both cold sales and handling leads from marketing.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 people.
  • Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to boost conversions and attract high-quality clients.
  • Ensure key performance indicators are met and continuously work on improving team results.
  • Maintain and oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in display advertising sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Understanding the importance of following established processes and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of self-organization and focus on key tasks and results.
  • English level C1.
