Business Development manager with Linkedin experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee 4-5 LinkedIn accounts to drive targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects, build targeted contact lists, and actively pursue leads.
  • Set up and automate LinkedIn outreach using tools like Expandi, Zopto, or similar platforms.
  • Engage prospects in conversations and qualify leads for remote staffing services.
  • Sell remote staffing solutions to businesses, building strong client relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Ensure all LinkedIn accounts are properly secured and adhere to platform guidelines.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, optimize connection requests, and follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align outreach and sales efforts with business goals.
  • Handle multi-channel outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms, aiming for lead conversion.
  • Adjust messaging using A/B testing to improve response and sales conversion rates.
  • Resolve any issues related to account safety and outreach automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and selling B2B services.
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Expandi, Zopto, or Meet Alfred.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several LinkedIn accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of campaign management, messaging optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
