Telemarketing Specialist/Lead generation specialist

Nauchsoft, an international IT consulting and software development company, is looking for a telemarketing/lead generation specialist to join our rapidly growing Telemarketing department.

Location - Minsk: office work for the first month, then remote work with one day per week in the office.

Activities:

• LinkedIn and email cold outreach to potential clients. Prospecting will be done manually and automatically using such tools as GetSales and Instantly;
• initial presentation of our services, clarification of potential needs and requirements;
• filling and updating data in a CRM system;
• passing on warm leads to sales managers;
• leads nurturing;
• trade shоwpreparation.

Requirements:

• at least 6 months of experience in a similar position;
• outstanding communication skills;
• excellent English (B2 and higher), both written and spoken;
• you are persistent, open-minded, ambitious, and ready to learn a lot.

Nice to have:

• strong Google Sheets / Excel skills;
• experience with outreach automation tools.
