We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our IT department and support us in creating high-quality documentation and content. You will be responsible for writing and maintaining technical guides, manuals, instructions, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your job is not to write content yourself - it's to work with what the AI produces: guide it, review the output, and make it better over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, system documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Prepare instructional materials and step-by-step guides for IT systems, tools, and processes.

• Leverage AI-powered writing tools to streamline and automate the creation of user-facing instructional content, contributing to the development of scalable documentation workflows.

• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for end-users and internal teams.

• Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, QA engineers, and project managers to gather and clarify technical information.

• Ensure documentation adheres to company standards, version control, and formatting guidelines.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience as a technical writer in an IT or software development environment (2+ years preferred).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency with documentation tools: Markdown.

• Basic understanding of software development processes.

• Experience with diagramming tools (e.g., draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio).

• Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level); additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Experience working with AI writing assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) to generate, refine, or structure technical content.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and editorial skills.

• Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, digestible content.

• Proactive, self-directed, and well-organized.

• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

• Open to experimenting with new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted documentation practices.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Linguistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
