Team Lead of Technical PSP's managers

An international holding company specializing in the iGaming industry is currently seeking a Team Lead of Technical PSP's managers.

What we expect of you?

• Analysis and formulation of functional requirements and tasks for the enhancements of new operational solutions for payment integrators, BOs of the payment systems;
• Interaction with technical departments of payment systems such as Skrill, Revolut etc and others on issues of development, consultation, and acquisition of new functionalities;
• Development of proprietary reports for internal users;
• Conducting integrations with payment systems, testing new and existing payment channels between the company's site and payment platforms;
• Control of the technical administration of the company's payment platforms in conjunction with the correct display of payment methods on the company's websites;
• Refinement and implementation of new payment processing rules, payment cascade, and cards routing. Consulting the finance department, and support service on working on the platform;
• Organization of the operational process for the PSP technical team and uninterrupted operation of the company's sites for accepting payments. Solving non-standard situations related to issues of integration with different payment systems;
• Daily control of the pass-through of client operations, identification and elimination of technical errors in payment acceptance;
• Team Leadership and Development:
  - Lead, mentor and develop a team of PSP technical specialists, provide ongoing training of Technical PSP's managers to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  - Performance Management: monitor and evaluate team performance, setting clear objectives;
• Operational Management:
  - Oversee Daily Operations of Technical PSP's managers, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery;
  - Forecasting and Capacity Planning;
  - Knowledge Management: Maintain and updаtеa comprehensive knowledge base to ensure the team has access to the latest information;
  - Quality Control;
  - Issue Management: Take the lead on resolving the most complex and challenging cases;
  - Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports and constructive feedback, offering insights to improve the overall service and product experience.

What we’re after:

• Proven experience in managing a team of Technical PSP's managers, preferably in the High-risk segment;
• Deep knowledge of payment systems, e-commerce technologies, and security requirements related to online payments;
• Proficiency in English;
