System Analyst / Business Analyst

PixelPlex is the leading software and product development company founded in 2007.

We started building blockchain solutions in 2013 and currently over 90% of our projects are blockchain-related. We also specialize in AI, IoT, Web, Mobile and AR/VR, serving Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller entities and innovative startups.

We are currently looking for experienced System Analyst / Business Analyst who will be responsible for:

• Assessing the scope of the software project (what the business wants) and defining the milestones;

• Facilitating brainstorming sessions between all stakeholders, knowledge experts and the engineering team;

• Establishing and evaluating the product requirements defining Software Requirements Documentation (System use cases, user requirements, system activity diagrams, class diagrams);

• Translating user needs into technical software specifications;

• Creating user stories for the delivery team;

• Elaborate the deliverables of the acceptance phase : acceptance strategy, acceptance notebooks, acceptance reports;

• Carrying out UAT and organizing testing phases together with business users and product owners;

• Collaborating with different members of the project team according to the project phase;

• Preparing the necessary documentation for each project phase (Software Requirements Documentation).

Must have:

• Experience as a Systems Analyst for 3+ years;

• Excellent functional and technical skills in software development;

• Mandatory knowledge of API design and implementation (REST API, OpenAPI);

• Good knowledge of SQL;

• Experience with an API Management Platform (Apigee, Mulesoft, Axway, Software AG);

• Ability to visualize data through presentations, diagrams, infographics;

• Excellent communication skills with a high level of critical thinking;

• Knowledge in AI/ML or possibility to learn new information in that field right away;

• Level of English – B2;

• Experience in preparing class diagrams would be a plus.
