We started building Blockchain solutions in 2013 and currently over 90% of our projects are blockchain-related. We also specialize in AI, IoT, Web, Mobile and AR/VR, serving Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller entities and innovative startups.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SMM / Brand Manager to enhance our social media presence and drive digital growth.

This role involves:

• Content Development & Crowd Marketing & Management: crafting platform-specific social media content for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Quorra. Creating engaging multimedia content (we have in-house copywriting & design teams).

• Campaign Management: Initiating and overseeing social media campaigns,aligning them with the company's general marketing strategy with a deep focus on performance.

• Engagement & Growth Strategies: Implementing strategies to increase followers and boost engagement across platforms.

• Collaboration & Networking: Building relationships with influencers, media, and industry projects. Representing the product on various third-party platforms and in award contests.

• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Introduce key performance metrics and set measurable goals across relevant channels to track performance and measure social media ROI. Reporting, data-driven approach in creation and testing of strategies. Analysis of competitor’s social networks and market trends, searching profitable strategies.

• E-mail Marketing: Promoting the company with emailing.

• Team Collaboration: Working closely with designers, developers, business analysts, project managers, copywriters, and marketing assistants.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of SMM experience in the global English-speaking market. Implemented strategies and proven cases in portfolio.

• Visual and Content experience.

• Excellent media planning skills.

• Proficiency in English (B2 level, C1 preferred).

• Proactive, with a penchant for data-driven experimentation.

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.

• Basic knowledge of analytical tools (basic SEO skills).

• Excellent communication and networking abilities.

• High level of accountability, self-starter mindset, teamwork skills.

• Experience in IT or digital marketing agency preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Interest in Web3, blockchain, and security domains. Keep up with new digital marketing trends along with company and industry news.

Nice to have:

• Experience with or understanding of PPC campaigns on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn;

• Experience of living or studying abroad;

• Experience in AI tools for creating text content, video, images;

• Knowledge or background in a technical field. Up-to-date understanding of the latest trends.

• Professional curiosity and a desire to achieve results.
