Must-Have Requirements:

Proven commercial experience in real-time software development for complex embedded systems;
Strong proficiency in C programming, with experience developing control systems and graphical user interfaces (GUIs);
Deep practical understanding of the V-model and the SDLC;
Hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle;
Demonstrated expertise in hardware-software integration;
Relevant Engineering degree;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward under; minimal supervision;
English at minimum B2.

Nice to Have:

Experience with safety-critical systems and software standards in aerospace, automotive, or related sectors;
Proficiency in C# and C++ and experience with Windows application development using Visual Studio;
Knowledge of specialized communication protocols such as ARINC, AFDX, and/or CAN bus;
Familiarity with Web technologies for simulation interfaces.
