We’re currently expanding and looking to strengthen our IT team with an experienced and motivated SharePoint Administrator/Engineer.

This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

What We Expect From You:

• Proven experience in administering and deploying SharePoint Server 2013 (2016/2019 and/or Subscription Edition) environments.
• Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint Server topology and services, authentication and authorization approaches, and content management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server administration, including knowledge of SQL server services, key objects and capabilities, and ability to write basic T-SQL queries.
• Experience in building high-availability clusters based on SQL Server.
• Experience in SharePoint Online administration, understanding of services and migration approaches to SharePoint Online.
• Good understanding of Windows domain services (AD DS, DNS, GPO), authentication protocols, and basic knowledge of email systems and Exchange Server.
• B1+/B2 in English (spoken and written) for documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on projects as a SharePoint Engineer across various domains, such as FinTech, Healthcare, and others.
• Handling incidents and configuration changes related to SharePoint (including SharePoint Online) and its associated services (AD, Exchange, M365, OneDrive, Power Platform).
• Troubleshooting technical issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Developing and implementing configuration changes based on requirements.
• Researching new features and deployment options.
• Maintaining and updating documentation for systems, services, and procedures.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams regarding issues, updates, and changes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in migrating to SharePoint Online from any systems/sources.
• Knowledge of Azure: Entra ID (Azure AD / Microsoft Identity Platform), Resources and Services, IAM, Azure Web App, Azure Function, Azure Logic App.
• Experience working in development teams on SharePoint-based solutions as an administrator, system engineer, or DevOps engineer.
• Any experience in administering M365 services: Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), Exchange Online, Teams, etc.
