We are a software development company specializing in building mobile and web solutions for businesses operating in the following industries: Retail & E-commerce, Marketplaces & Platforms, Travel & Booking, and Healthcare.

Due to company growth, our friendly SolveIt team is looking for a Senior Backend Developer who will help us achieve our goals and successfully deliver our projects.

Responsibilities

• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA): Design, manage, and aid in the partial design of multiple logic controllers and multi-API servers within the existing Node.js ecosystem.
• Data Systems Management: Architect and maintain scalable data solutions, specifically utilizing MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Backend Development: Drive the majority of the backend stack development using Node.js.
• Supply Chain Security: Manage and implement Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs) to ensure compliance and security within the development lifecycle.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to mid-level developers and collaborate on system integration strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Node.js Mastery: Deep expertise in Node.js for building scalable backend services.
• NoSQL Expertise: Strong experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL database systems.
• Architecture Patterns: Proven track record in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and designing complex API ecosystems.
• SBOM Knowledge: Understanding of SBOM generation and management in a security context.
• English-language proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English is required
