GP Solutions is looking for a Scrum Master.

Location: Belarus (remotely or in Minsk office).

Our company is a high-tech venture focused on delivering superior solutions for the Travel industry.

Project:
GP Travel Enterprise is an innovative and powerful travel automation solution for Tour Operators, OTAs, DMCs, TMCs, and Wholesalers, which helps companies across the globe run and grow their businesses.

A STRONG CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Scrum Master

• Professional Scrum Master Certificate or equivalent

• Strong understanding of how and why Scrum works

• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills

• Flexibility in applying Scrum practices

• Good organization of personal and team work (Confluence, JIRA)

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher

• Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with energy and purpose (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives)

  • Sense team morale, identify tensions early, and create safe spaces for open dialogue

  • Remove impediments blocking the team’s progress and escalate when needed

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

• Introducing and coaching Scrum and Agile best practices within the team

• Promoting an agile mindset in daily team work

• Planning and facilitating agile ceremonies (sprints, grooming, demos, retrospectives)

• Facilitating team communication and collaboration

• Removing impediments and supporting the team in resolving blockers

• Setting up and maintaining Scrum artifacts in JIRA

• Tracking KPIs

• Assisting the Product Owner in formulating and prioritizing tasks
