Human Lab is looking for Sales Manager.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your main responsibility will be to identify high-potential opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert leads into lasting partnerships. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong leadership qualities, and is motivated to push the team toward achieving its goals.
This is a strategic role that requires collaboration across departments, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proactive approach to expanding our presence in new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Leadgen department: analyze the sales funnel, develop strategies to increase conversions, and attract high-quality leads.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in business opportunities in various markets, including Dutch, Central Europe, and MENA regions.
- Prepare and present commercial offers and contracts, conduct presentations, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and internal reporting, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
Requirements:
- Successful B2B sales experience in IT for more than 2 years.
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1).
- Experience in closing deals in any regions, except CIS.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Understanding the need to follow regulations and processes.
- Strong self-organizing skills, focus on key tasks and results.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in selling AI or fintech and manufacturing solutions (development).
- Experience in closing deals with Israel, England, Dutch and MENA regions, Central Europe.
