Reporting and Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our Global Travel & Expenses team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, with IBM Cognos experience as a plus. You will play a key role in delivering actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards primarily using Power BI

• Manage data connections, model data, and define key metrics for business intelligence tasks

• Support and maintain legacy reports in IBM Cognos Report Studio as needed

• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports for accounting and financial departments

• Generate, analyze, and interpret complex data files, reports, and pivot tables

• Run reporting campaigns and ensure timely delivery of scheduled reports

• Prepare internal guides and documentation for reporting processes

• Build cross-functional relationships with other departments to understand reporting needs

Requirements

• Higher financial education (Bachelor’s degree or above)

• 3+ years of professional experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles

• Advanced experience with Power BI (including data modeling, DAX, Power BI Service, and publishing reports for collaboration)

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience in preparing status dashboards, presentations, and pivot tables

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information

• Experience working with data sources (e.g., Excel, cloud storage solutions)

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

• Proactive, self-starter, diligent, and communicative

• A strong desire and ability to learn quickly

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and IBM Cognos Report Studio
