QA / Backend Developer

We are a software development company specializing in building mobile and web solutions for businesses operating in the following industries: Retail & E-commerce, Marketplaces & Platforms, Travel & Booking, and Healthcare.

This role is a hybrid position with an approximate split of 60% Quality Assurance and 40% Backend Development.

Responsibilities:

• QA Coordination (60%):
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Product teams to define manual and automated test scenarios.
• Write and execute manual and automated tests.
• Identify bugs and coordinate with the development team to ensure they are fixed by their respective owners.
• Backend Development (40%):
• Contribute to backend development tasks and feature implementation using
  Node.js and Python.
• Participate in code reviews and development planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Approximately 3 years of combined experience in development and QA.
• Testing Expertise: Proven experience with QA methodologies and automated testing

tools.

• Coding Skills: Practical experience with Node.js and Python for both application logic and test scripting.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills for coordinating between product definition and engineering execution.
• English-language proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English is required
