• Processing incoming chargebacks and recalls
• Disputing chargebacks
• Communication with payment providers in text format
• KYC requests responses preparations
• Processing fraud and reconciliation reports from the finance department

Skills:

• Confident written English
• Ability to independently search for information
• Ability to work with financial reports
• Ability to absorb large amounts of information
