Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead a large-scale modernization project, improving system reliability, scalability, and delivery efficiency within a regulated financial environment.

The customer is a leading publicly listed financial services company in the Middle East, operating under strict regulatory supervision and combining a strong financial foundation with a modern trading infrastructure. The organization focuses on innovation, sustainable growth, and regional market leadership, acting as a key liquidity provider for major listed enterprises and supporting the stability of a national stock exchange. It also develops advanced mobile investment solutions and actively invests in social and healthcare initiatives as part of its corporate responsibility strategy.

The project is focused on replacing an outdated trading back-office system with a modern, scalable, and compliant platform to eliminate performance limitations, accelerate feature delivery, and improve overall reliability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with client-side business stakeholders to align project goals.
• Ensuring proper governance, effective cross-department collaboration, and clear communication across involved teams.
• Coordinating project activities and release cycles to ensure timely and well-aligned deliveries.
• Planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensuring project delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role for 4+ years.
• Experience working in complex environments.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of trading.
• Experience working in the MENA region.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate or above.
