PixelPlex is the leading software and product development company founded in 2007.

We started building Blockchain solutions in 2013 and currently over 90% of our projects are blockchain-related. We also specialize in AI, IoT, Web, Mobile and AR/VR, serving Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller entities and innovative startups.

We are currently looking for initiative Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Software project management in the field of web, mobile and blockchain development;

• Work with development teams of 5-15 people (including BA, UI/UX designers, developers, QA);

• Proactive approach in terms of communication with a customer (response for queries, assistance in case of his uncertainty and etc.);

• Regular status updates (internal and external) where explicitly reflected current project information including risks and prospects;

• Team support and facilitation of relations between various topics across the project;

• Strict Jira status tracking (time log, tasks description, respective comments);

• Project planning (version, delivery, success criteria, KPIs);

• Project transparency reveal;

• Working in accordance with accepted methodologies and processes (Agile, Waterfall).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of software project management experience in the field of Web or Mobile Development;

• Upper-Intermediate English is a must;

• Strong abilities in visual modeling of requirements, processes and architecture;

• Working experience with Atlassian software, Google docs and Google Drive applications, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Git;

• Ability to work with expectations management (team and customer);

• Adherence to best practices and standards in the development sphere;

• Ability to define main project goals and prioritize the scope of work in accordance with them;

• Strong soft skills.
