GP Solutions is looking for an experienced Program Manager

Project:

GP Travel Enterprise (GPTE) is an innovative and powerful travel automation solution, which helps companies across the globe to run and grow their businesses.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as Program Manager / Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Product Owner / Portfolio Manager with a track record of managing multiple IT projects in parallel;
• Proven experience in long-horizon planning (2+ years) across concurrent projects with hands-on budget management;
• Experience in balancing competing priorities from multiple clients and stakeholders, proactively flagging risks and driving re-prioritization;
• Strong systemic and strategic mindset, capable of managing interdependencies between multiple projects within a large product ecosystem;
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum with hands-on experience in multi-level story point estimation — from high-level pre-estimates for planning to detailed grooming-level estimates before a sprint;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and major clients regarding risks, plan changes;

• Advanced English — both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Own the consolidated product-level plan across the full development division (~30–40 engineers), keeping all client projects in a single, up-to-date view;
• Slice the master plan per client — translate it into individual delivery commitments with clear deadlines and release dates for each stakeholder;

• Keep the plan alive — continuously re-plan as priorities, estimates, and scope evolve across teams;

• Balance competing priorities — align demands from PMs, product owner, account manager, and clients into one coherent and realistic roadmap;
• Be the face to key clients — own priority discussions, re-scoping conversations, and timeline alignment, including the tough ones;
• Catch risks before they land — proactively surface blockers and at-risk deliverables, and drive re-prioritization decisions before deadlines slip;
• Work within the TTF estimation flow — use pre-estimates for planning, track variance against grooming outcomes, and improve forecast accuracy over time.
• Build the process from the ground up — there's no consolidated plan today; your job is to create structure, establish a sustainable planning framework, and bring order to the division.
