Our expectations:

Professional background:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Owner / Product Management / Business Analysis / Program Management roles;
• Proven track record working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
• Experience across the full lifecycle of digital, data-driven, or AI-enabled initiatives;
• Strong English skills (B2+).

Analytical & discovery skills:

• Ability to analyze and structure complex problems;
• Turn data insights into clear recommendations and product decisions;
• Detail-oriented, delivering high-quality and consistent results.

Communication & collaboration:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management across business and technology teams;
• Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a reliable partner for stakeholders.

Delivery & execution:

• Awareness of end-to-end delivery models (agile, hybrid, waterfall);
• Works independently, adapts quickly, and achieves results in a dynamic environment.

Personal qualities:

• Flexible and open to change;
• Proactive and well-organized;
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
