The IT company Andersen invites a Product Designer to join its team for working with a company from UAE.

The customer is a government entity that manages public affairs and oversees various corporate and philanthropic projects. The company is embarking on a transformative digital journey to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experiences.

The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.

Long-term business trips to the client in Abu Dhabi are planned as part of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of scoping and planning UX activities for assigned projects.
• Engaging with Product Management, Engineering, Business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to collect and clarify requirements.
• Initiating and conducting ongoing user research and discovery.
• Conducting concept testing and usability testing, and gathering structured feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Leveraging research insights to define improvements and influence product direction.
• Creating and maintaining user personas, journey maps, site maps, and other UX research artifacts.
• Translating concepts into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction patterns.
• Developing and presenting UX documentation, including annotated wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, personas, and research summaries.
• Maintaining usability documentation and ensuring consistent application of design guidelines and heuristics.
• Solving complex interaction problems and transforming product ideas into clear and intuitive application designs.
• Communicating regularly with Agile development teams throughout sprint cycles.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment between design solutions and project goals.
• Ensuring that established design standards and component libraries are properly used across design deliverables.
• Building clean and effective user interfaces aligned with UX best practices.
• Supporting developers during implementation with specifications and clarifications.

Must-have:

• Experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role for 5+ years.
• Experience working as an in-house Product Designer in a full-time role for 1+ year.
• Strong experience working with product KPIs and success metrics, as well as generating, prioritizing, and validating design hypotheses through experiments, analytics, and user research.
• Deep knowledge of modern рroduct design processes and human centered design principles.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, heuristics, personas, and usability methodologies.
• Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and complex interaction designs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate goals and vision into clear design steps.
• Empathy and ability to understand user needs and prioritize them in design decisions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
