We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Middle ML Engineer with leadership potential who:

• Has experience in multiple ML domains;

• Is an expert in at least one area (e.g., classical ML or RAG);

• Is willing to mentor and support junior team members;

• Aspires to lead a team or department in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy ML models and solutions of varying complexity;

• Mentor and support junior ML specialists;

• Contribute to ML product architecture and design;

• Conduct experiments, optimize models, and implement best practices;

• Support strategic development of the ML function within the company.

• Presales & Project Support: Assist sales teams by evaluating project scope, estimating feasibility, and providing technical expertise during client discussions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning;

• Expertise in at least one area: classical ML, RAG, NLP, computer vision, or other;

• Broad knowledge of other ML domains;

• Strong mentorship, communication, and team collaboration skills;

• Experience with ML platforms and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, MLflow, LangChain, etc.);

• Ability to design and implement ML processes within product development;

• Excellent English (spoken).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines;

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and production-ready deployment;

• Leadership or team lead experience, even on small projects.
