What we expect of you?

• A fiery 3+ years of proven experience in purchasing iGaming media advertising (bonus points for Tier1 and Tier2 traffic mastery).
• Demonstrated expertise in leading a dynamic team of Media Buyers.
• Proven experience focusing on Facebook advertising and acquiring traffic.
• Proficient in purchasing traffic using CPM and CPC models.
• A keen eye for the metrics that matter in traffic analysis.
• Proficiency in tracking tools that would make a tech geek jealous.
• Intermediate level of English.

What we’re after

• Purchase media advertising to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
• Design, launch, and refine campaigns through A/B testing while managing budgets and strategic planning.
• Track and analyze new traffic sources, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
• Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, creative assets, and campaign targeting parameters.
• Experiment with new traffic formats.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration.
• Supervise technical integrations with partners, ensuring proper setup of links and postbacks.
• Collaborate with the design team to define and communicate technical requirements effectively.
• Work with the team to formulate media strategies and calculate KPIs for the sales funnel.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of KPI targets.
