LeverX is seeking an additional team member to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence;
• Provide user support effectively;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions;
• Develop and maintain documentation for administrative processes, particularly for time-tracking;
• Understand the business problems behind requests and offer alternative solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administering Jira and Confluence;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline;
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence, including issue tracking, permissions, workflows, and process documentation;
• Understanding HTTP requests and responses;
• Familiarity with Jira Cloud environments;
• Experience with Jira Service Management;
• Demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills;
• Level of English - A2 and above;
• Technical support experience (L1-L2) will be a plus.
