Our offices are located in Austria, Germany, USA, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Belarus, Vietnam, etc. We’re focused on clients from the financial sector, however, are strongly engaged with other domains: insurance, healthcare, automotive, public media, AI, etc.

Currently, we are planning to open a Junior Software Engineer Position to join our team in Minsk, Belarus. You’ll have a chance to participate in Training program with theoretical and practical parts with direct supervision by professional mentor.

Project:

You’ll become a part of our SPG team working for the leading provider of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance solutions (Germany & Israel). As a Developer you will join customer’s global delivery team of Trade Finance products implementation. Thereby you will be involved in the full process - from the definition of the requirements to the system implementation. You will have the opportunity to acknowledge with TradeDesign (Customer’s Software development environment). Customer’s development and sales centers are situated in Europe, Asia, North and South America as well as in the Middle East.

Required skills:

• Studies in computer science or similar qualification in the IT environment;

• Practice in any programming language or completed Computer Programming Courses;

• Upper intermediate level of English is a must (B2+ spoken and written);

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented work approach.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of technical requirements;

• Quality-oriented design of software solutions;

• Design and programming of the components;

• Support and monitoring of the test phase;

• Maintenance and further development of existing applications;

• Analysis and elimination of faults as well as support of complex defects.
