We are looking for a talented and highly creative Junior SMM Specialist to join our dynamic team and take our social media presence to the next level.

As our Junior SMM Specialist, you will support the execution of our social media strategy across various platforms. In this role, you will help create content for a global B2B audience, targeting eCommerce founders, executives, and marketing decision-makers. You will contribute to building brand awareness and engagement by producing high-quality content that resonates with our audience. Your creative skills in photo/video shooting, video editing, and content creation will be essential in developing engaging posts, banners, and other visual assets.

Responsibilities:

◆ Support the execution of the social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
◆ Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
◆ Conduct photo and video shoots to create original content for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
◆ Edit and enhance videos to ensure they are polished and aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.
◆ Monitor social media trends and track basic performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
◆ Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and branding guidelines.
◆ Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
◆ Engage with followers, respond to comments, and interact with the community to foster brand loyalty.
◆ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging social media tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

◆ Good creative and visual sense, with basic experience in photo and video shooting/editing.
◆ Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and basic understanding of social media management tools.
◆ Nice to have experience managing LinkedIn profiles or company pages.
◆ Understanding of how engaging content is created and willingness to learn how to drive growth and conversions.
◆ Good command of written and spoken English level (not lower than B2).
◆ Portfolio showcasing your work (social media posts, videos, banners, university or pet projects are welcome).
◆ Ability to manage tasks independently while working under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
◆ Curiosity and motivation to stay up-to-date with trends and new tools in social media and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

◆ A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
◆ Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
