VIDEN is a digital advertising agency that partners with eCommerce brands to help them grow through smart marketing decisions backed by analytics. We specialize in platforms like Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and Amazon Ads to deliver measurable results.

We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team of marketing experts. You will manage paid campaigns (search, display, shopping, video, etc.) across Facebook Ads/TikTok, Google Ads/Bing Ads platforms, and work with great international eCommerce brands (mainly from the US).

Responsibilities:

◆ Assisting a senior team member with the development and implementation of digital strategies for various brands; planning and management of marketing campaigns (search, discovery, display, etc.); setting up the campaigns.
◆ Keeping track of the set KPIs (account/business level).
◆ Assisting with setting tasks for the designer to produce digital marketing materials (creatives).
◆ Following the principles of digital analytics (CTR, CR, KPIs, etc.).
◆ Staying on the wave of platform trends/updates, tracking global marketing trends.

Platforms with which you will need to work on:

• Facebook/TikTok Ads

• Google/Bing Ads

• Google Analytics/Looker Studio

Requirements:

◆ Any digital marketing experience is desired.
◆ Tech-savvy and data-driven: ready to work with large amounts of data.
◆ Responsibility and focus on results/attention to details.
◆ Ready to work in multitasking mode while putting enough attention to every project.
◆ Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
