We're welcoming a Junior Customer Success Specialist into our team, you will:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.

• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer problems.

• Work with Detail-oriented and multiple tasks.

• Achieve a weekly goal of activities set for your position and respond to the tasks of your Team Leader

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products/services.

• Continuously improve knowledge of our products/services

Required qualifications:

• Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.

• High level of writing, and listening skills. Business correspondence skills. Visible fluency in English.

• Self-starter who has a desire to learn, and grow in their role

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Highly-organized and Detail-oriented

• Flexible but focused

• Proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

• Desired qualifications:

• Familiarity with Trello, Slack, Hubspot is a plus!
