The IT company Andersen invites a Financial Controller to join its team.

Responsibilities:
- Forming the budget, monitoring its execution, and updating the budget.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial information, identifying problem areas.
- Preparing reports and forecasts based on data analysis.
- Developing financial models for forecasting results and assessing risks.
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
- Experience working in a financial department or accounting.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and conduct plan-fact analysis of budget execution.
- Knowledge of 1C and MS Excel.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Attention to details, high level of motivation, independence, and responsibility for one's work and achieving set goals.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
