Role Overview
You will maintain and optimize our data infrastructure, enhance observability, and drive automation to ensure scalability and reliability. Ideal candidates have strong Linux and database skills, knowledge of Go and distributed systems, and a passion for workflow optimization.

Role Insights:

• Maintain and optimize our persistent data infrastructure (MariaDB, Cassandra, FoundationDB, Kafka).
• Enhance and evolve the observability stack to improve system visibility and performance monitoring.
• Drive automation and orchestration to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
• Improve processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability.
• Participate in the on-call rotation after completing training.

What Makes You Unique:

• Strong Linux background with deep systems administration expertise.
• Proficient in MariaDB and managing large-scale database deployments.
• Skilled in Go and knowledgeable in distributed systems principles.
• Familiar with Prometheus and the observability ecosystem.
• Experienced or eager to learn Kafka, Cassandra, and FoundationDB.
• Proficient in configuration management and large-scale infrastructure operations.
• Passionate about automation and workflow optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
