Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, transparency, and predictability. This role combines strong delivery management expertise, a solid technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align delivery outcomes with business goals and ensure smooth execution across all stages.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full delivery lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, analytics, and DevOps
- Establish clear communication and alignment between teams and stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively propose and implement solutions
- Track delivery progress, KPIs, and performance metrics; prepare regular status reports
- Support and continuously improve delivery processes and Agile practices
- Maintain transparency, manage expectations, and ensure accountability across teams

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role
- Strong technical background and hands-on experience working with software development teams
- Experience working with delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time)
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
- Familiarity with project and delivery management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Experience building or scaling delivery processes
- Background in software development, product management, or IT consulting
- Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools in daily work
