Neo Group(Mindtech Development) is on the lookout for a CRM Manager (Cross-Sell) to join our Marketing Function.
What we are looking for:
Cross Sales Development:
- Develop cross-sales strategies between the company’s brands;
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to enhance brand interactions;
- Implement best practices to increase cross-sales conversions and average customer spend.
Team Formation and Leadership:
- Build and lead a Cross Sale team, including specialists and marketers, to achieve cross-sales revenue targets;
- Train and develop team members, implementing efficient work processes;
- Set tasks, monitor performance, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
Development and Implementation of Tools:
- Design and implement automation tools to optimise cross-sales processes;
- Analyse existing communication systems and integrate solutions for better cross brand interaction;
- Set up customer communication scenarios, segmentation, and personalized offers.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Continuously monitor performance and generate reports for senior management;
- Analyze customer data to identify key segments and increase engagement;
- Assess and optimize cross-sales campaigns.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with CRM, sales, analytics, and IT departments to execute strategies;
- Ensure seamless communication between brands to facilitate successful cross-sales integration.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their potential for cross-sales;
- Proven experience in building and leading teams;
- Successful track record of developing and implementing cross-sales strategies;
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets;
- Experience working with multi-brand businesses is a plus;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Russian
