KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review and provide negotiation support for contracts
• Control of project delivery and implementation
• Risk/Payment terms/Acceptance and other critical clauses impacting project implementation
• Negotiation with key partners & suppliers, RHQ&HQ
• Document workflow

PROFESSIONAL Attribute

• Bachelor’s degree or above (legal or finance degree will be a plus)
• 3+ year experience on a similar role
• Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above)
• MS Office knowledge at an advanced level
• Strong analytical and communication skills
