We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Community, Support, and Onboarding Specialist to join Sendr.io on a flexible, ad-hoc basis. This role is all about ensuring our customers feel celebrated, supported, and excited to be part of the Sendr.io family.
What will you do?
- Onboarding and Customer Success

Roll out the red carpet for new customers with warm welcomes, personalized onboarding sessions, and hands-on help.

Spread the joy with emojis, friendly messages, and high-energy interactions that make every customer feel like a VIP.

Check-in regularly to ensure customers are thriving and uncover opportunities to help them succeed and grow their impact.

- Community Engagement

Be the heart and soul of our Circle.so community, sparking conversations, sharing updates, and keeping the energy high.

Introduce their webinar schedule and host fun, engaging live training sessions that leave customers feeling empowered and inspired.

Bring people together by organizing events, hosting guest speakers, and fostering meaningful connections within the community.

- Customer Support

Be a friendly and helpful presence on live chat via Intercom.io, responding to inquiries with a smile and escalating issues when needed.

Go the extra mile to ensure every customer interaction leaves them feeling valued and cared for.

Requirements:

Excellent written & spoken English skills - your tasks require an Advanced level of English, so we don't want to hear or see any mistakes.

Learnability, adaptability, and creativity - with the ability to create engaging, fun, and educational content like how-to videos. A knack for making technical concepts simple and exciting for customers.

A natural people-person with a big smile and a passion for making others feel welcome and supported. With a positive energy that shines through in every interaction, both online and in person.

Working hours:
This is a part-time job. 20 hours per week on an ad-hoc basis. While the schedule is flexible, we’re looking for someone who can align their working hours to fit the community's needs, mainly during UK daytime hours. (You can check your time difference here: Time zone converter).
