Business / System Analyst with Fintech Expertise
Key Skills:

• Fintech Domains: Digital Banking, Payments, Wallets, Lending, Open Banking, Core Banking Integration.
• Technologies: RESTful APIs, SOAP, OAuth2, Webhooks.
• Compliance & Security: PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, GDPR, PSD2.
• Requirements Elicitation: Use Cases, Epics, User Stories, Regulatory Requirements.
• Process Modeling: BPMN, UML, DFDs, Sequence Diagrams.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Postman, Swagger, Figma, Lucidchart.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for fintech platforms, banking APIs, and payment solutions.
• Define system behavior for transaction flows, fund transfers, payment reconciliation, and user identity verification.
• Collaborate with external partners (banks, PSPs, KYC vendors) to align API contracts and service-level expectations.
• Design system and integration diagrams including message structures (e.g., JSON, XML) and authentication flows.
• Create detailed user journeys, wireframes, and UX flows for mobile and web banking apps.
• Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and data privacy laws.
• Bridge communication between product owners, backend developers, QA engineers, and external vendors.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT.
• Experience with core banking systems like Temenos, Finastra, or Oracle Flexcube or any other CBS.
• Familiarity with financial KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn in fintech context).
• Exposure to blockchain/crypto payments, smart contracts.
• Understanding of financial risk scoring, credit decision engines, or fraud detection systems.
