DaVinci is a product that aims to make software engineering teams more efficient than recently formed startup teams. Already 20+ teams and clients use the product.

Inside the team, we work in weekly sprints, releasing to production several times per day. Our goal is for every team member to classify as elite or high performer according to DORA metrics. We work without traditional BAs and manual QAs, meaning that engineers learn requirements from users directly and test features themselves. We work by TDD, and 80% of the project’s code is currently covered with automated tests.

Team: Product Owner, Project Manager, Tech Lead, 2 Systems Analysts, 5 Software Engineers.

Who is the Business Process Analyst at Syberry?

Our Business Process Analyst is not only focused on gathering and documenting requirements but deeply involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of process development. The role requires the Analyst to develop the processes independently and create automated tests for different process scenarios. Moreover, the Business Process Analyst holds substantial responsibility and decision-making authority at the company level. They must analyze the company and its processes holistically, considering software, workflows, participants, and policies. This comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of the company’s operations are optimized and aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with process stakeholders across Syberry, including management and individual contributors, to build a comprehensive understanding of the business,
• Supporting the development team in defining requirements,
• Design the processes, develop and implement it using special process automation tools.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience through internships, or relevant part-time jobs in business analysis, process improvement, or related fields,
• Experience with BPMN notation,
• English proficiency at B1+ level,
• Ability to clearly express their thoughts in verbal and written form,
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions,
• Ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective processes,
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines,
• Ability to work well in a team environment, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
