What you’ll do:

• Drive full-cycle B2B sales in the EU/US markets - from first intro call to repeat deals

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

• Identify new opportunities and upsell services based on client needs

• Lead and mentor a team of lead generators

• Collaborate closely with presales, delivery, and marketing teams

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales (preferably outsourcing or custom development)

• Proven success in cold outreach and lead generation (especially via LinkedIn)

• Fluent English and/or German

• Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle

• Experience working with EU/US clients

• Valid Schengen visa (for occasional business travel)
