We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to oversee requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation throughout the delivery process of our HES LoanBox lending platform.

Job responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers on a daily basis
- Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
- Recommending optimal solutions considering the requirements and platform limitations, consulting
- Managing delivery scope
- Conducting demonstrations
- Interacting with development and QA teams during the delivery phase

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in IT, preferably in fintech domain
- Strong understanding of development methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in requirements elicitation technics, process modeling
- Excellent proficiency in requirements analysis technics
- English level: B2+
- High level of self-motivation with minimal supervision required

Highly desirable skills and background:

- Technical background
- Banking or financial knowledge and background
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0
