Requirements:

Hard skills:

• Hands-on experience in AdTech projects.
• Strong DSP / RTB bidder development experience.
• High-load, low-latency backend systems design.
• Backend architecture and scalability expertise.
• Building and scaling real-time bidding infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of AdTech ecosystem and auction flow.
• English proficiency level: B2+

Soft skills:

• Ownership of end-to-end platform components.
• Technical leadership and architectural decision-making.
• Pragmatic problem solving under scale/performance constraints.
• Accountability for delivery and system reliability.
